Okay, my bad, I meant valve stem caps.

-They could cover part of the stem, that sounds reasonable
-They could be pretty much any size, I want to get input on which casing would be best to emulate
-We could work with brass, stainless or anodized aluminum
-We could put a setscrew lock in them, but it would add cost

Shit I'd go a little bigger if you're going for distance. Lol.

As for the caps, I'd personally guess black or stainless. Brass would really match anything. I think most of us can agree the set screw is a must or else you can expect to say bye bye to them.

I love the idea of brass casings for valve caps. 40 or 45 would be ideal, IMO.
