Yes I have heard the 37's are more limited and could slow you down on being built. I'm sure you'll be in this first wave of 23's once the allocation for more 37's gets picked up!

I sure hope so. I miss having a Raptor... I'm driving an Explorer ST right now, and it's been fun to play with. The 3.0TT is pretty responsive to modifications, and it will certainly surprise some unsuspecting drivers. But in the end, I am ready to DD a truck again.

So, if Ford confirms your order, does it mean you'll get the truck though it may just take a while? My letter from Ford even stated it was an early 2023 order, but, so far crickets.. Seems wrong they would acknowledge the order and then not deliver.. I did have to wait a while on my 17.

If you received a VIN number from Ford, then yes it will get built. However, with all the delays going on there is no real telling when it will get built/delivered.

I only got an order confirmation. No VIN so far. But I see more recent orders going through here and am wondering if I should place multiple orders. Seems like multiple orders just messes up the whole ordering queue for Ford..

Without that second email from Ford with a VIN saying you're being scheduled for a build week, then you have no guarantee. Some guys on here waited 9 months+ to get a VIN and some others never even got one.

Now it's just up to your dealership and if they really have an allocation that will get picked up to be built for your order.

If you are 100% positive that your dealer has an allocation for you then I'd hang tight. If you feel any other way, I would reach out to other dealerships and see if they have an allocation you can place an order on.

Hopefully you get scheduled in the first MY23 wave soon!
