Yeah I'm being told I'm built and truck as been moved. I'm hoping that move isn't for a chip hold, but it probably is. @scottp6188 what was your build?

I just talked to Ford chat and was told the same "Your order current status is in production this means the manufacturing plant is building your vehicle. Sent Offsite Ford Dearborn Assembly, MI Nov-02-2022. Expected status change to shipping ETA 11/19-11/25." Confirmed no holds currently.

Makes no sense why they would send it offsite (outside of the bedliner) unless it is on chip hold. They wouldn’t give me any of that other than “you are on chip hold” and “is there anything else?”

My build was on 10/24. Showing on the tracker as “In production “. But no changes since. Just got off of the live chat with Ford. And mine is on chip hold; I suspect most will get affected by this hold.

Also, dumb question but is Ford Chat through their website? Or is it a separate link that we need to follow. I called Ford Performance with the info but not very clear on chip hold or not.
