Buff these out?

The light scratches can be buffed out - don't be too aggressive and keep the buffer on a medium speed. The deeper scratches will need to be filled with color matching touch up paint, lightly sanded and then polished. Use a 3000 grit wet sand paper that has been soaked in water for 15 minutes before use. Best of luck with it.

The flares don't have a gloss clear coat that you can polish. I'm not sure if they have a satin clear coat, or if it's just the single stage satin gray paint (I believe Magnetic color). Either way, polishing them will only make the satin finish shiny. A couple of those scratches are through the paint, so there's nothing to polish anyway.

I think the best way to repair would be to sand, fill/level, and repaint. Video above is the way to go if they bother you that much.
