Considering 37s are base on the Bronco, you cold argue that it's few thousand cheaper. It doesn't look like there are a lot of options on the Bronco, so I would be surprised if a typical, or full loaded, is significantly cheaper.
It always was a trim level.
While I would have been fine with calling it Warthog, I think the reality is that this thing would have gotten the majority of it's design and function changes copying the Raptor.
Well, it is official:
In my opinion, Ford should have called it something different like the Warthog and not the Raptor. The side vents look tacky to me and they have the word “Raptor” blasted all over the vehicle based on other reviews. Nevertheless, I bet this thing rips off-road. Kudos to Ford to building the baddest high-speed production suv in the world.
I can’t imagine the delivery timelines for this given all the other Bronco issues Ford has had while also struggling to build 37 Gen 3 Raptors in a timely manner
I have a friend who owns a Ford Dealership he’s checking for me now . I’m still waiting on my Gen 3 so I guess I Could wait on one of these also .I like it.
I’m on the “list” at two dealerships. One already told me they would mark up.
Based on what others have been wanting (warthog), that wouldn’t make sense either. So will we have to address our trucks officially as an F-150 Raptor now?
After thinking about it and I understand Ford wants to use Raptor as it’s hi-po off-road branding/trim model. But Bronco Raptor. Is it a Horse or a Dinosaur? Or now it’s both? This aspect of the name doesn’t gel well.
Cool SUV just the same. Good luck landing one.
Not on Ford’s payroll, so the good ideas I will keep for nowBased on what others have been wanting (warthog), that wouldn’t make sense either.
What would you suggest for the name?
