I just bought a brand new Raptor a month ago and It came with a Whistling noise on the front passenger side. Since I realized about the noise, I have taken it to two different dealerships, which they both have acknowledge about hearing the noise while driving it. The Noise comes up after 60mph. From there it gets louder. These two dealers tried "fixing" the issue. But none had success. The first one did a whole bunch of warranty claims to FORD and only took the front windshield off and put it back on. They alleged that was the issue but nothing happened. Doing that windshield job took them two weeks. Then I Took the truck to the second dealership and I personally went for a ride with The head of service at that second dealer, after the service advisor asked me to go there because they could find the noise. while I was driving the car with the head of service, he personally told me "look I am hearing the noise, but you must understand these trucks are made of plastic and they are not build perfectly some will sound and others wont". He told me that he was going to order the body mounted weatherstrip and the one from the door to try it out, that was it for that day. The day after they send me pictures of my truck all taped up, and they told me that they were not going to order any weather strip nor contact ford warranty for the issue, "come and pick up your truck there is nothing else we can do for you" So, now with this issue going on, has anyone had this same noise issue with any raptor? Is there a way to fix it? The dealers are of NO help and Warranty is a piece of work, I feel I am on my own in this. Today my truck barely has 1000 miles on it.
