Boxlink cleats included in 2021 Raptor?

Can someone tell me if the cleats for Boxlink system are supposed to be included in the 2021 Raptors?

To clarify I just purchased one last night and I don’t have them, just trying to double check if I should before I raise a stink.

“Boxlink” is listed under standard equipment and the cleats were included with mine.

In my previous Raptors they have been behind the back seat.

Just double checked under the seats and behind and no go. I see the that Boxlink is included in package but does that mean the ”system” (the place where you mount the cleats), and NOT the actual cleats?
