So do you need to cut the studs if you run 1.25” spacers on the OEM wheels?
Interesting, I asked Stage 3 Motorsports this questions and they said ”NO” to all 4 corners. I was just about to order, but now I am going to hold off until I find out for sure. I will get some custom Made by Bora as I hear the custom make them. Maybe 1.33” would work? I wonder if BORA knows the exact minimum size that can be run, they should, it is their business? No in the front, yes in the rear. An easy fix if you don’t want to cut the studs is to drill the recesses on the back of the wheels a bit, you don’t need much.
No basically OEM wheels with a 0mm offset. Does everyone with methods, kmc, etc have a low rider? What are trying to make a San Francisco low rider?
Who uses spacers?Properly designed and installed spacers are simply not an issue, and they are used in motor sports frequently without issue, at much higher power levels than the Raptor.
I currently have Bora 1.25 in front and 1.5 in the rear on a Gen 3 and can confirm fitment. I think a custom size would work out back but if I were doing it again I’d use 1.25 out back and mill out the wheels a hair.
I like the OEM wheels, why else? Why are you wanting to use spacers and creat a failure point when you can just buy the right wheels
