I know you don't want to spend the $420 for the tune. When you finally do you will wonder why you waited so long. And you must get the TCM tune as well.
Set the Accessport to read desired boost, boost, MAP, TIP, and you can also set for wastegate position.
Also maybe pull and clean your MAP and TIP sensors.

Yeah I told my wife once I put the Cobb tunes on I will get a goose tune spoke to them weeks ago about it but I was waiting to replace parts first and yeah I plan on pcm and tcm.

I’ll change my v3 to monitor what you suggested I didn’t think about monitoring the waste gate that would prove me right or wrong on that.

Correct me if I’m wrong that’s a turbo replacement right if the waste gate internals are jacked up?

I’ll clean my sensors today when I’m home

That's the good thing about the Accessport, can monitor so many things.

Also i don't think it's a complete turbo replacement, quick google search and found these. In fitment it says 17-20 Raptors

I feel you man. Mine was under warranty also. I had the cam phaser rattle for a while then it started doing what you described. I didn't want my truck to go under the knife either, but it kept getting worse, so I took the chance.

Been over 10K miles and no problems... fingers crossed.
