I like my Blue interior because it speaks more than words when people step in.

Plus like all other things on FRF, it just allows you to have that +1 on other trucks in general too.

I placed an order for a 2014 this week and opted to not get the "blue accent" interior. I've read a few post on here today that owners say they love it. I have never seen it in person (Raptors are not that common around here). For people that have seen both interiors in person would you go for it? Does the blue plastic look cheap? My truck is going to be Flame Blue if that matters.

I wish we had done it.

I had both and MUCH prefer the Blue Accent. The blue has a brushed aluminium look to it, not plastic-looking at all. I was hesitant to get it at first, but it is way better in person.

I've seen both interiors while shopping. With a vehicle this production-limited it can be difficult to see examples in person. The Blue Interior Accent Package interior shares many similarities with the Limited model interior. The most noticeable difference, IMO, is not the blue coloration but instead the replacement of the dashboard's silver plastic with brushed aluminum trim.

When I was shopping, I thought to myself, I like the Raptor but I wish it came with an interior more on par with the Limited model, given its price. The Blue Interior Accent Package interior comes close. Personally, I'm opting for the Special Edition Package which includes its own unique interior which is similar to the Blue Interior Accent Package in some ways.

Personally, I don't like. It's all what you like. When I'm buying something, I really don't care what anybody else thinks.

Yea.....I understand that. I love the seats and the dark speaker covers. The Dash looks to light in the pics for me. I've read it is darker in person. I just wish I could actually see one in person. I'm having a hard time taking a chance on it since I don't like the dash color in the pics.

I've yet to hear of anyone getting it and wishing they hadn't, but lots of guys who didn't and wish they had. I ordered mine sight unseen, and SO glad I did. The regular interiors look cheap to me now. As said, it's not even just the dark blue that makes the difference, it's the brushed aluminum finish instead of silver plastic that makes the biggest difference in feeling higher quality

I opted for a no go on the blue after much consideration. It's a nice touch but it's hard to beat the two tone combo of black and silver.

Also, I think the blue would apply to a narrower buyer base upon resale which I plan to do after 18 months of ownership on the 14.
