Blown Spark Plug (Re-Thread Bushing Repair)

i have a 2010 6.2L Raptor. Almost 100K miles. Blew a spark plug out last week. Just wanted to know if anyone else had had this problem? I know this was an issue on the triton engine? Debating doing the re-thread bushing repair or replacing multiple engine parts? Not sure if it was over compression or spark plug installations. Any comments or others history with the problem or success with a re-thread repair would be helpful.

Not heard about this with the 6.2. They had some larger problems with the old modular engines. I had issues with my V10 and used the inserts and fixed it up.

First I have heard of this on a 6.2.
