I finally installed some HID lights on my truck. The stock bulbs sucked, the sylvanias that I replaced them with still sucked. I got DDM tuning 6000k 35W's and WOW! what a difference! I got hi/low bulbs so the light bulb actually moves up and down to change the beam. I measured and the cutoff is pretty much at the stock level. Installation was easy even though no instructions were included. It was pretty much self explanatory. Total cost with shipping: $77.41 Highly recommended.

Please give us all your info with PICS. Where you bought and part numbers would be cool.
Sounds like a nice mod which I may have to do. I know some people hate HIDs in the factory housing but Oh well, I'll make it work.:)

I know what your saying about it blinding everyone, but these don't overpower the reflectors like you would think. If I flash you with my Hi beams its like staring into the sun, but other than that they look normal.
DId you also get the error eliminator, HID harness and adaptor cables?
It came with the bulbs, slim ballasts, and full wire harness. Everything was there that I needed. I didn't get the error eliminator, but nothing lights up saying I have a light out or anything.

Cell phone pics so not the greatest. For those who insist on photos (cough* cough* birdman), I took a few. first is the wire harness. At the bottom is the ballast. Next it shows everything is hidden by the rubber cover things. Next head lamp color. Its actually a little more blue than shown here but not much. Last show the cut off. For all you dis believers, its shown here that my cutoff is exactly the same as before but now even more defined.2011-05-06174640.jpg2011-05-06174719.jpg2011-05-06180258.jpg2011-05-06180311.jpg
