My buddy is trying to get these tires for free for the Raptor. They are slightly used, but my stock tires (10 months old) have 18k miles on them and 2 of the stock tires already are to the wear bars. So I need some tires to hold me over till next summer or winter and free is a good price right now for me.

Would these tires fit on the stock rims?

Will I have to modify any of the wheel well liners, beads, etc?

The tires say Not for Highway use. Can I still go 110mph on these? Do they get flat spots?

I have already ripped one front fender liner out offroading with the stock tires, had to replace it with a fender liner I got from Charlie. Dont want that happening again.
I know a tire shop around the corner that said they will mount anything I bring in, but I want to make sure it fits.

They are the same exact size as the OEM tires, so they will fit fine and no modifications are required.

If the tires say, "Not for Highway use", I assume they are not DOT legal. Any tire can get flat spots if you "lock-up" and skid on them.

My 2 cents,

My 2 cents,

Awesome, thanks. I know the stock 35's run small.

I ment flat spots from sitting, not from the soft compund wear when skidding. Can I go 110mph down the 405 freeway on these puppies without blowouts or damaging the tire?

Also, I get 11.3 mpg. Will these tires make that number a lot worse? Like 10mpg?

If a tire gets flat spots from sitting/storage, they will round out again with usage, no worries, the tire is not damaged.

I would not suggest going 110 on non DOT tires. Your gas milege may be impacted depending on the weight of these vesus the stock BFGs, but only a marginal amount if any.

These tires will fit on the stock rims without any problems. You may have to modify the wheel wells a little bit due to the fact that BFG A/T's run narrow and these tires have a very square shoulder. They may not be rated to 110 but your stock tires are only rated to 99 so traveling at those speeds is not recommended anyway. Being that they are Non-DOT tires they probably do not have the steel belts that DOT tires do which means they will get flat spots. I ran the desert version of these on some trucks and they do get flat spots but they roll out fairly quickly.

I haven't had an issue running them. They do wear quickly, like the article mentioned. But if you are running them as a temporary fix so you can save up for tires they should be ok.
