Every tire made is susceptible to failure at anytime. Shit happens. Sure dont make it a POS to me...
Only problem I see whit this is the title of his post. TO say that cause a tire failed makes it look like all BFG's are like this... Causes over reaction... Reading more there that was 2.5 years ago 11/09

He has a 5th wheel hitch in the bed..My guess...Overload issues.

From the "real world" use of the KM2s I have seen, this will probably be the next tire for my H3. They seem to be a better all condition tire than my MTRs

Reading that post, BFG paid to fix his truck and paid for 50% of a tire that looked to be almost completely worn out.

Cool that they stand behind their product.

That is what i thought as well, interesting thing is on that forum there have been a few such cases with bfgs. The other thread i saw was for AT's, again i think it has to do with overloading/towing/hauling.

Which is of interest to me since i am pondering an expo build.

my girlfriends dad had the same problem..driver rear tire slung tread on him going down the highway..BFG sent him a check

i can almost guarantee the tire wasn't inflated properly and he was exceeding the load ratings.
