BFG 37's are lighter that BFG 35's

While I was removing my 35" factory spare from under the bed and putting the 37" under there, thought while I had them both out that I would take a moment to put both on the scale...

(I know the 37's aren't really lighter than the 35's...but thankfully the Method NV's make up for it!)

Factory wheel and tire = 101.2 pounds
Method NV and 37's = 99.2 pounds

YES!

Also wanted to mention, the 37's fit perfectly under the bed as a spare.

A little OT but....Do you have any pics of the 35 next to the 37? Is the width different between the two?

I never realized the Methods weighed so much less.

The best I did, was put the 37 up against the door of my Jeep that has 33/12.50/15's

Both the 35" factory tires and the 37" are 12.50/17's. If I get a chance soon, I can drop the 37 spare out again and take some pics of it next to the factory spare.

Yeah the Methods are a bit lighter than the factory wheels, and the 37's aren't much heavier than the 35's.

Whats the weight on the nv's

I wrote the weights down a few weeks ago when I got the NVs, and will update when I find my paper.

Any rubbing? Did you do any trimming? Your on mid perch correct?
