I purchased a set of National leaf springs from Corey at RPG back in January. When I was ordering the parts Corey would respond right away and was very enthusiastic.

The installation of the springs and a 4" BDS lift was installed by Krazy House Customs and I picked it up on February 10th. Within a month of the install the back end sagged a considerable amount.

I started writing Crazy House and Corey at RPG on March 30th. Corey has been unapologetic and slow to reply. At this point he returns none of my emails. I have written four times since May 5th.

Corey never came up with any apology, reason or any type of resolution. Therefore, I am writing this here to warn people against RPG and National Leaf Spring. The product is no good and neither is the customer service. If you want leaf springs pay a little bit more and go with WSI. I wish I had.

There is your problem right there!

Maybe you should build up some rep before bitching out vendors.

Actually vendors need to be held responsible for bad behavior regardless of my choice in lift kit or lack of reputation on fordraptorforum.

RPG bent the springs and sold me the part. Even if it were Nationals fault RPG should make an effort to mediate and resolve the situation.

That's the weirdest looking Raptor I've ever seen... if this wasn't a Raptor forum, I'd almost say it wasn't a Raptor.

I still thought this would be relevant in a forum about aftermarket parts where folks were likely shopping at RPG.

Have you been in touch with National for a warranty replacement?

By the way, it is not unheard of for A bad batch of springs to have done this. I chose Deaver and am still sitting at the same height.
