1- remove sand with a shop vac
2- use compressed air to blow out from places where the shop vac won’t reach.
3- use compressed air on each drain hole.
4- pour water thru each drain hole to make sure that they are not clogged.
5- use any of the previously mentioned lubricants to treat the rubber seal but be careful not to put on the drip rails.

That should do it!

A sun roof on a Raptor, hmmm when you go upside down at 70 mph the sand in the seal will be the least of your worries. You will still be able to use the shopvac to clean out the rocks and glass though.

Moon roof isn't the only glass in a Raptor. When you drive do you remove your front and rear windshields and side windows?

Ask the dealer what type of grease for the tracks or do some more research online- use whatever they recommend. For the weatherseal/gasket surrounding the perimeter of the panel use “krytox” lube you can buy from dealer it’s pricey but you only need a little & it’s Specifically for it. I would use rags/pipe cleaner & wooden dowels wrapped w/ rags in hard to reach spots to initially clean the heavy stuff forget about the lube that’s there you’ll wind up removing a lot of it that’s why I say find out what’s on there from the factory for the tracks it’s like a white grease.

I would probably use 3M silicone paste too on it but first choice would be factory lubes

Krytox grease, about $80 a tube, I have 90% of a tube if anyone wants it.
