Best time /place to buy full setup

I am looking to swap all of my lights in one shot and was wondering who and maybe when is the best time/supplier to maybe get a deal/discount. I was looking for the Morimoto XB, all the Raptor specific markers in LED, rear tail lights swapped to LED, back up light on the license plate, puddle lights, mirror/directional combo, interior lights in “medium” white LED and the Morimoto 3 light package for the front bumper cutouts.
