Was at the dealer today to get 30K mile service. recently added 40" light bar behind grill and light cannons. Already have 6 pack M&R fogs.

Of course they had to try them out while doing the service and the Service Manager came to me and said "Those lights are awesome - looks like a friggin plane coming in for a landing!"

My raptor was in at ford a week ago and one of the techs took a pic of it and put it on Instagram. Ended up making it back to me. Ford techs are stalking my truck...

Got pulled over by Nashville's finest last week, when asked if I knew why he pulled me over I replied, no sir. He told me I failed to signal when turning right, I said seriously, I was in a right-hand turn lane only, no one in front of me no one behind me. I thought for sure I was getting a ticket, after he ran my license, insurance and registration he came back and said, "I needed an excuse to pull you over because I wanted to check out your truck". After he climbed out of the cab we spent 10 more minutes talking about it, super nice guy.

Was at pets smart the other day buying a new tag for my dog and saw a guy in a regular F150 pull up, double tap his breaks... And saw his wife shoot forward due to it. He was staring at my truck and saw his wife hit him in the chest for nearly causing her to hit the dash.

Man, glad you were just out for a leisure drive. If I had to be somewhere, I would be a little ticked...

^Agreed.

No offense to any of the fine LEOs here but in my experience none of them gave a shit for Military/GT500/Raptor somehow had to manage to find a way to easily dismiss all AND be an ******* about the ticketing process. Seriously, if I'm holding my hands up in the air above the steering wheel, and you have to reply "Whoa, what's the problem? You thinking of doing something otherwise." No *******, if I meant to you wouldn't see my damn hands palm open.

I hate smartass LEOs, I honestly have yet to meet one in person that I'd be willing to thank for their service.

I always go with hands on the stearing wheel within sight, vehicle off, i can see how hands in the air would be weird...or an admission of guilt from other crimes?... But hey, as the daughter of a cop I think of things from the other prospective, you know the chance of walking up to a vehicle and getting blown away by some crazy. I always admit that cops are ******** but if you dealt with the kinds of things they do everyday, you'd be an ******* too

Dude, you're a ****** **** bag, maybe there's a reason you have yet to meet a cop that treats you as little more than a problem child. Change your attitude towards the cop that's doing HIS job and you'll be surprised what the out come may be. Obviously you're getting stopped for a reason, I doubt they are stopping YOU just to look at your truck unlike some of us who had a cool story about that.
Hung over Rant over.

Generally you get the attitude back that you portray. Yes it can be frustrating if your in a hurry but chances are because you were in a hurry is what made the driver do or not do whatever it was to initiate the stop.

Not all are ***** but when they get challenged or bad attitude like the "what did you stop me for" or the "why are you always picking on me". Keeping in mind you've probably never met this guy or girl and yes of course the police have a picture of you or your car/truck in the office and actively hunt you down for the days objective. My suggestion would be just act natural, when something is out of place it puts them in a heightened state as many hate leos and it's praised by some groups to have killed one simply because of the uniform not because of the person wearing it.

Chances are if a person is constantly getting stopped its because they have a driving issue. No one is the perfect driver but the extreme cases stand out.

Not all are pillars in the community, they have the ***** just like any other profession or community but before anyone paints them all with the same brush think to yourself if you may need them to help you one day and when you call for help will your opinion be the same...

Seems people forget that law enforcement show up because someone else is being an ******* for lack of better terms. There's plenty of ******** in fire, ems, military etc yet they never get shit on, they're considered the heros because they risk life and limb working tirelessly to protect the community while the pigs are out causing trouble for everyone. I have yet to see someone call police because everything is well in Mayberry.

Before anybody ***** on ALL Leo's try meeting one off duty or on a positive note/interaction I bet you will be pleasantly surprised. Kinda the same reason people in the middle east hate north American military? (to them it's like they're policing their country isn't it?)

Anyone preaching that police are useless, no good ******** etc are generally the ones upset that when needed they can't get enough there and certainly never fast enough completely forgetting that they hated them minutes prior.

And please, anybody who comes upon law enforcement interacting with some in a manner you feel is un necessary, stop and think for one second if you know all the details and what initiated this contact. When you say no think if there might be a reason. Example would be officer safety. Did you see the knife clipped in the suspects pocket? Then go home and look up knife attack videos on the Internet. Then replay what you saw but put yourself in the boots of the officer and think, what if I was that officer killed because of my uniform, what if I lost that fight for my wife/husband/children etc because I didn't want the opinionated police hater to think wrong of me. It starts to hit home and anyone that ***** on law enforcement will always give the same answer when asked.. "hell no I wouldn't do your job people are crazy". remember example^^^

I won't use rant as people are simply sharing opinions (this is mine) and it's not personal by any means. I respect that people may have had a negative experience or a real bad day before.
