For those of you who have installed the Moroso unit yourself, what is the torque spec for the two shock tower nuts that you have to remove to install the bracket?

Torque? I tighten them down with as much pressure it took to break them free using a 3/8 drive ratchet.
Some guys just placed the bracket on top of the existing nuts to keep the bracket further away from the main wire harness, you get a full thread on the nuts you add.
Don't ask me what size nuts they are. LOL
I took my time and shaved the side of the bracket to allow for more room between the bracket and wire harness. On my 2010 1/2

I know that's not the answer you want but IMO it's not that critical to torque them.

Well, some good things do go and some unwelcome things show up unbidden. Grey hair where there was never grey before. Get the tweezers? Not the best idea! Some things are just best left alone! ;)
