Those are the ancient but still available Toyo Open Country ATII.

Definitely a +00 MR305 since the double black only comes in a +00 offset. Tire is a 37x12.50 but it's a Nitto Terra Grappler G2. Similar to the Toyo ATII but different sidewall. And if you squint you can kinda see the "NITTO" at 11 o'clock on the rear tire.
