The D-Bug screen is just a screen to keep the bugs and other debris out of the radiator. Found it on E63's build up forum.

Id recommend a 20" lower grille LED. You could get an M&R for the top end of your budget.

You could put a door lock actuator on your tail gate lock. OR, change out your door/ tailgate handles for the oem painted ones.... Probably do both for under $400.

(I'm doing both as soon as the stuff comes in)
