I installed a BedRug in the back of my 2018 Raptor soon after I purchased it. I installed it according to the manufacturer's installation instructions, except for the part where I removed the panel screws from the tailgate and drove them through the BedRug, and back into their original holes. The Velcro strips work great, but this seemed more effective. I had no trouble finding the bolt holes for the cleats and E-Track Cargo Accessories. I used a small punch to find the hole, then ran the screws in. I have BedRugs in my other trucks, and they work great. Very durable, they don't stain, and the hinge between the tailgate and bed acts as a good seal. Let me know if y'all need more details. I plan to install a Decked System into the bed as well, and they warn about the system being very tight if installed over a BedRug liner, but I am going to try it anyway. We shall see...
