If you plan on always hauling gravel or scrap metal, get the Line-X.
If you ever plan on spending any time working or sitting in the bed, get the Bedrug.
I have had both. They both provide superior protection for the bed. However, Line-X is as harsh as sandpaper, while the Bedrug is soft and comfortable....but don't let that concern you. If if gets dirty, just power wash it out and it's as good as new.
You can't go wrong with either, but my vote is for the Bedrug.
