My local shop said it did not after calling real truck. I went with the RETRAX PRO XR so I can add side rales. I saw a good option to add the remote to the inside of the truck bed rather than keep on keychain so I think aside from programming to the OEM keyfab its pretty similar.

Correct. That's the only difference with the EQ vs the PowertraxPRO XR. The EQ ties into the BCM and the Powertrax uses a key fob.

The EQ will physically fit on a 2024, Retrax just hasn't yet confirmed the electronics work on the 24 MY yet.

it the same as BackFlip MX4,waterproof(little water at end,use pressure washer)but very easy to roll.
BackFlip MX4 is very nice,waterproof but heavy to fold and block window.
