Bed Rail Caps

What is holding our bed rail caps on? I have one end that slightly lifting and when its bad enough Ill replace it. Are they double sided taped or clips? How do you remove it if its clips without ******** something up?

I have not personally taken them off but I have heard that they are held on by clips that almost always break when you remove them. Hence why the bed rail caps are almost always on back order from Ford. That’s coming from somebody who works in a Ford dealership body shop.
