Bed Rack Availability

Just wondering if anyone knows of any companies that make bed racks for our trucks? Before I go out and start buying some metal I want to know if I can just pony up a few extra bucks to save me the time.

When I get home i'll be measuring up my box and see if the All Pro bed rack will fit on ours but I'm not hopeful about that haha.

All of the bed racks that I've seen on here like that have been custom one off builds.

Not quite sure what your after but they have the model in the link below, but they are making an updated one where the spare will sit in the center of the rack and not hang over the bed. I have the new model on order, so we'll see how that goes.

Don't think he makes a module that does what the OP is looking for. And he is all about mass quantity not really customization from what it appears, well maybe for a really $customized$ price he would.

I had one made locally in Calgary for $1000. My guess is that if you buy one from a fabricator in the States (All Pro, WSI etc.), after shipping and customs / duty etc. it will cost more than double that. I had mine made of 1.75" DOM and is secured by the bed bolts, won't cause the bed to spread and the tent is very solid.

That's a sick setup. I'd be too tempted to do a quick donut while someone was sleeping though. Lol

What TiFJ posted is exactly what I want, thank you. If you have any more detailed pictures of it that I could have I would appreciate that, curious to see how it looks being bolted down to the bed bolts.

What shop did that for you? May get them to make me something or take the idea to one of the local shops around here and see what they say.

It wasn't a shop that built the rack for me, I found a guy on Kijiji who had an ad for fabrication and got in touch with him that way. Had him send me some pics of his work to make sure he could lay a bead but the guy was a pro and does custom stuff like this for fun on the side. I can PM his number if you like but shipping something like it will be killer, would suggest going local.
