what size tubing is this. looks like maybe parts of it is 2" and others and 1.5"?

Still working on mine. I wanted to be able to have two tires, Jack (center) strapped in and still have room for coolers, toolboxes, equipment bags etc. it can be removed in minutes if I need more room.

Just curious, what was the final weight of your bed cage?

I am using 1 3/4 inch , .090 wall. I have not weighed it, or removed it for a while. I am hoping I can lift it out by myself when I need to. It will be coming out in the next month for finish welding, sandblasting and paint.
