IMG_3245.jpegHere’s what I did. Welded a 13mm flange nut on one of the fronts. I used a cheap 110v flux core welder. It worked fine with no extension cord and a lot of pre-heat. One of my center nuts was rounded off and wouldn’t stop spinning and a narrow set of vise grips only made the rounding off worse. It took an hour, but I step drilled two holes into the nut. This allowed me to get Kroil directly into the treads and flattened one side of the nut. I was finally able to remove the bolt with the narrow vise drips. Ugly as hell, but my bed-bolt nightmare is over.
