I received mine this week, and installed them yesterday. I had to grind down a small "rib" on the shank of my bed bolts to get the stock washer to slide off. Other than that, piece of pie.

Thank you OP! you Rock!

Yeah, I've been able to fit it over that little "rib" on the bolt with a little hammer action - it's a tight fit. Great shots - glad you like them!

^^^^ THIS is FRF at it’s potential.

I want to say thanks. In case it’s not clear, @Talbor is sourcing, machining and finishing these parts for us to use.

Thanks @Talbor.

Thanks for the props smufslayer! I've been a part of a few vehicle forums over the years - jeeps, corvettes, motorcycles. I like to foster a good forum community and offer up help where I can since others contribute to it as well, saving me time and money. This isn't anything major - treypal does a lot more and the guy that does the forscan stuff on the main F150 forum has put in a ton of work. Hope everyone is enjoying their d-rings!

Alright - I think I've replied to all the PMs and posts. I'm ordering a 3rd round. There was a bit of a delay with the 2nd round due to stock issues, but the dealer I'm going through let me know they just received a bunch of stock - enough to cover everyone who's messaged me here or sent a PM. I'm going to go ahead and order them and ship until they're all claimed and paid for. Then maybe another round in a few weeks.

If you've already paid me, yours will be ready for local pickup or shipped first thing in the morning - paint is drying!

Hope everyone had a good 4th!

Put mine in yesterday. Thanks for doing this, Talbor. On the flat washer under the bed bolts, I just put them in the vise just loose enough for the bolt head to clear and gave the bolts a good whack with a double jack. They popped right off. Reversed the procedure to put them back on after installing the D rings. I have a rubber bed mat in my truck, so I used a 3" hole saw to cut access holes in it. Worked out great!.

How much hammer persuasion are we talking? I whacked it pretty good and that washer didn’t budge.
