Was the issue addressed from early in the thread where the bed bolt was on the hinge of the D ring?

I feel like....

I need a set and I also need a way to secure a jack...
Yep... I’m thinking tying down a bin and securing the jack inside of it.
Just had a jack come loose and put a 1 inch slice in my bed even with the spray in liner in there...

Anyone dealt with their bed liner being sprayed over their bed bolts? I am thinking I will try to take a razor to the base of the washer but I don't know how tough the stuff really is.
