Anyone else wish to chime in please do. I’m not very attuned to this but it looks to me like mine is as u show. Not arguing. I just may be dumb.

No arguing either, just trying to help. Take a look at this picture again. I drew a red arrow to the bracket. It’s on the opposite side of the wing that the light mounts to. Should have my truck back tomorrow, I can take a picture of mine too.

Your support L bracket is between the light mount and the fender - It is supposed to be between the plastic cowl and the light mount. I am also running LP4's on SDHQ mounts, and what post #66 has pictured is correct.

I appreciate that. My major concern originally was it was up against the fender edge. There is now a quarter inch gap or so.

So I ask, and I mean respectfully, does it matter? it looks to me as if the bracket you are showing may be slightly different than mine. But I’m usually wrong. (Just don’t tell my wife. I tell her I’m always right. Lol)

Also one thing really confusing is the words in stock are backward on your pic, meaning it may be a reverse mirror image? I’m really confused.

No problem. Ill try to get an up close picture later this afternoon. Whether it matters or not, I'm not sure. If anything it just more contact with your fender as opposed to the plastic cowl, but if you don't mind that, it is probably fine. It is likely the same bracket since there is only 1 sdhq mount that fits to my knowledge, but I could be wrong on that.
