Nope. Made in N. Korea.

It's a cheap Chinese handheld. I've gotten different models in the same order. Ill find one. They aren't bad units. Cost vs value is really really high.

I used one at the SnoBall 500 event and for a handheld I thought it worked great. I did run a remote magnetic antenna on the roof.
