Not sure if we even have a vendor/company review, but I figured I gotta share this story:

I ordered by BakFlip from some "AwesomeAutomotiveAccessoriesOMGAmericaFuckYeah" store on the Internet for $899. The cover came in one box, everything was great and I installed that bitch.

Used it and kept it all nice and then one day I notice that my front seal between the main panel and the next panel was shifted to the left, or something. It shrunk, shifted, was short in the first place, whatever. (pics below)

Anyway, I call the main Bak Industries line and get info that I need to email to some woman named Lauren. Turns out, Lauren is the VP of Operations and offers me a replacement cover at no charge. She will be sending it out later this week; she said by Friday it will be shipping to my door.

Also, I removed the cover so nothing would happen to it since I have to send it back and upon removal, I snapped off one of the damn drain plug/cup things attached to the rail and she said she would just toss one in the box for me.

When the cover shows up, I will report back and let you all know what's going on. I'm hoping to get to Wal-Mart today or something to install the BedRug. :)

Wow, that sure looks like a manufacturing defect, I can't imagine it shrinking that much!
Glad to hear they're taking care of you. I've had my F1 for a few months and I love it.

I totally agree that Bak Industries has great CS. I ordered through mine through truckchamp.com and promptly received the package about two days after ordering. So, I go out and start the install and after getting both rails on I realize that the rails are too long for the 5.5' bed. They prevent the tailgate from closing. I measured and sure enough the rails are 1.5" too long. So, the next workday I call truckchamp.com and they conference me in with Bak Industries. After some basic quizzing to make sure I wasn't just the average idiot they say they'll ship out new rails and no mention of returning the old rails. I got the rails that same week and the cover installed without issue. After some initial tweaking to get the positioning of the cover just right I love it. Like everyone says it matches the Raptor perfectly and looks like OEM.

To be honest, I did call Bak Industries before calling truckchamp.com and was given the runaround and told to call the seller first. Truckchamp.com took care of me and patched me in with the right person though. In the end, I actually did end up talking to Lauren just as Swoop did.

So, I guess this is really a thumbs up to both truckchamp.com and Bak Industries.
