We've got a used set of Baja Designs XL80s for sale. These were off our demo truck. There was an issue with powder coating and Baja Designs replaced the housings. They were on our truck for less then a year. We're including a brand new harness, powder coated black XL brackets and some covers we had on them:

Baja Designs had a bad batch of power coating earlier this year. Their powdercoater acknowledged the issue as well and if you have an issue, just contact them, provide your receipt and they'll get it replaced. You'll send in the lights and they will swap out the housings with new housings.

Mine looked pretty bad. The weather was taking it's tole on the powder coating and it looked nasty
