Hi Bailey,

What are you thoughts on the XL80 with spot lens vs XL Racer edition? Do they have the same light pattern? XL80 with double the lumens seems the way to go to me.

Mike,
The XL80 is designed to be used in Wide Cornering and Driving/Combo. While the Lumen count is high, the XL80 will have no distance increase over XL Pro.
The XL Racer is the way to go for distance do to the dome less style LED. That particular LED gives you ~40% more distance.
In return you have more usable light for long range and high speed applications. The Spot beam on the Racer is much tighter with a higher concentration of light down range.
It will put light places that the XL80 and Pro cannot reach.

Thank You,
Bailey, Baja Designs

Just an update, if you plan on ordering a 60" onx6 arc bar, do not plan on getting mounts from Morgan Clarke, guy is an absolute deadbeat and a crook in my book. Ordered mounts from him back in June and he has said repeatedly that the mounts were ready to ship or in the mail already only to go back on his statement and say they are close to being produced (flat out dishonest liar). The only time I can get him to respond to a text is when I threaten legal action and then it's only a fraction of the time, I've offered for him to just give me a refund and he has refused. Do not do business with that crook. @Baja Designs I need another recommendation for someone to make a mount cause at this point all I have is an expensive paperweight.

Sorry to hear about the continued issue with Morgan Clarke. I was hoping it would get resolved by now.
As of now I am not personally aware of other companies making 60" Arc mounts. If anything comes up I will surely post up ASAP.

Thank You,
Bailey, Baja Designs
