As for the light I see the vibration effect as I drive down the road. A jitter of up and down short motions from the 8" lights. As for the gap yes, it looks noticeable, but can live with it. Kind of reminds me of a story of a beautiful women on the other side of the bar staring at you...then she smiles and shes missing her front tooth...kind of wrecks it for ya...LOL...Yes; she got a gap to hail a taxi, but not missing a tooth!

Is the mounting method of these lights any different from your old lights? I had some KC Daylighters years ago that had a rubber isolator bushing on the mounting stud; road vibration and jitter would be exaggerated to those lights whereas my solid mounted lights (no bushing) wouldn't be.

Because we're talking about three lights, when you mentioned a woman at the bar I immediately thought of Total Recall.

Ur welcome being that my dad is a Viet Nam veteran I've been ingrained to say that when I come across current or former military members. The contribution all of you have given to all of us is amazing.

I think bajasvt is on to something with the rubber isolators. Maybe putting something like the o rings in a garden hose, in there will help but I also think that bracing that bar would help. Those are some big honkn lights and the wind just loves to mess with stuff that gives resistance.

That pic is........wow hahaha
