Badges Part Numbers

So long story short, I had the tailgate repaired with the applique but the repair shop didn't put back on the F150 badge on it. They sent me one but it is for the no applique tailgate. Would anyone happen to have the part number of the applique F150 badge or know where to get it?

Looked at Tasca, Lakland and eBay. Can only find the one without the applique. Might need to call or go down to your local dealership.
