In went with these for my GEN1 some years ago. Available in 10, 30, 60, and 120 degree light dispersion, I am happy with the 60 degree version.

Looking for some backup lights for my 2013 that dont ruin camera visibility. Im not running the desert or anything this is just a daily driver with a long dark driveway so use of my camera is a must.

Which lights did you go with, and do you have any night pics of how it looks on the display screen while in reverse?

ive been looking at rigid, (not tied to this) but I have heard mixed reviews between the spot and diffused.

I'd be happy to see how I could help you find the lighting setup that would work best for you.

Feel free to call or text me at (317) 934-6778 or email me at [email protected].

Thanks!

I think I might go with the BD S1's.

Does anyone with a gen 1 have a picture of them installed?

I ended up installing these. They do help!

Still hoping someone with a gen 1 will come back and post a pic of lights mounted in the bumper (kinda like the gen2 guys do).
I have the Rigid D Series flush mount, diffused and have no issues at all. Also, @Gumby and @Bozz helped to put new springs (eibach/Icon) and shocks last weekend so the lights sit a bit higher but did not affect the camera at all. I also replaced the reverse bulbs with LEDs. As you can see this was a very dark road.

I have a couple diode dynamics combos hooked to the two inner bumper bolts. Since i didnt feel like dealing with the sensors and cutting lol

They definitely light up the way and no camera issues
