B&M Transmission Pan to Skid Plate Clearance?

I have one of these waiting to install, but curious if the OEM skid plate will clear. I've scoured the inter webs and haven't really found much in regards to people installing these on Gen 2 or Gen 3 Raptors.

Looking for answers as well. Anyone know if https://yourcovers.com/pml-ford-10r80-deep-transmission-pan.html this cover would fit on a Gen 3 ?
