I would check for a leak or a loose clamp under there that is your culprit. My neighbor and I took the better part of an hour just seating and ensuring that everything was tight.

I'm about to tackle this install Sat after work. Bought a 2lb dead blow and going to spray the bolts with wd40 for 48hrs before hand. Hoping the install goes well as I can't find a muffler shop near me that I can get to in time due to work.
