I don't work when I'm stateside so calling in isn't a problem. It's more that we only have one vehicle and I've already done my one big trip by heading out to RPG for a couple of days. I'll make it up there soon enough since I have a bunch of friends in Sacramento to stay with.

hey aaron i just talked to you friends in sacramento. they said their dog died and they wanted you to come out and give it a proper military burial. but it was only for military personnel, so you need to leave your wife at home. i think they are holding the ceremony at 7:30am saturday morning, but it will probably last all day so plan on bringing extra clothes. and you rifle.
