Awesome! I SO live in the wrong state.

I love my Texas but Arizona is an awesome place..especially if you love the outdoors. It's almost like everyone in that state owns a bicycle, hiking shoes, guns, and a 4WD

Well I don't really don't know enough to really comment on plinking in the park. Now with that said, I strongly disagree with needing a permit for a firearm and having to store it unloaded. I'm not going to be cruising down near the border unarmed or with an unloaded firearm.

Don't need a permit to own or transport a firearm there.

Need a permit to hunt in certain areas of the preserver.

Need to be "hunting" in order to legally discharge a firearm there (at least in the California parts)

I'm actually thinking about heading back to Tucson this summer but nothing is set in stone yet.
