+1 for the Ford Performance Touring.
Coming from a 2011 5.0 daily driver mustang, that had full CAI, Boss intake manifold, offroad xpipe and bassani catback (yes the CA Air Resources Board loved me as well as my neighbors when I left for work at 5am); I found the 2018 Raptor exhuast underwhelming. Not bad but just understated.
Note: the only way to make a 6 cyl. sound like an 8 cyl. is to add 2 more cylinders. You can make it louder, raspier, and even slightly deeper...but nothing will make it sound like a v8.
I come from the world of Mustangs ('96 v6, '99 v6, '05 GT and '11 GT) where arguments on the merits of modding a v6 versus simply buying a GT (v8) rival the Gen 1 v Gen 2 wars here. So I appreciate the position that money spent on a cat back for a v6 truck (TT or not) could be spent elsewhere.
However, The thing I do like about the FP Touring exhaust (made by Borla) is that it's a slight improvement in tone and volume to the Raptor's exhaust...without drone or being obnoxious (i.e. ATAK). Not a swipe at anyone who likes the ATAK (I know what obnoxious sounds like from my last vehicle - just not my cup of tea anymore), I just don't see the point in making a v6 "louder". Whether it's a 4cyl. suburu or 6 cyl. mustang.
If it's within your budget, I can only say positive things on the FP Touring. Great product and the sound is a definite improvement, without being over the top and "trying" to be a v8.
