Applique retainers?

I have a 2018 Raptor. Looking for replacement for those plastic ribbed "pins" that help attach the Raptor applique to the tailgate. According to my dealership, they only come with a complete new applique! I need to remove and replace mine and I understand they often break or lose their ability to hold as tight if reused. Yeah, I know I can slap some 3M body tape on there, but like to keep things stock as possible.

Anyone know if these can be purchased anywhere? If so, any info or links would be greatly appreciated.
