Anything I’m missing ? 2017 ~60k miles

Unfortunately the raptor options here in South Carolina are non-existent, which has taken my search further than I’d like. However, I found a 2017 with ~60k miles for ~$48k. It’s also a CPO and one-owner. Waiting to hear back on if the cam phasers have been done. From all that I can tell without putting my hands on it, the truck is a great deal. I am planning on getting a PPI done, but was curious if there is something I may be missing before I spend the few hundred dollars to get it checked out by a third party? Appreciate the help.

Appears to be a good deal. What is mounted in the bed?

Great question and something I was curious about as well. I was told it was boxlink, which are tie downs for ratchets.

Id confirm the phaser flash update and buy it! Maybe check the oil pan and definitely grease the sunroof. Good luck.
