Enlighten me on that pleaseI mean just look at the welds….
I mean … tier 1 quality aluminum welds . Stacking coins . The transverse mounted heim joint on the uca is an interesting design too. Added strength whilst handling/accommodating the changes in geometry.Enlighten me on that please
More points of contact = strengthInteresting modular design of the upper control arm. I wonder why?
How is it stronger than a solid UCA?More points of contact = strength
im no engineer , but on the stock upper its one piece yes but the ball joint is press fitted and is only one bolt. The one above is 3 points of contact and as such the load is distributed over a greater surface area. Also the load is carried on the travel stroke in a more efficient way.How is it stronger than a solid UCA?
Thanks, the welds def look good to meI mean … tier 1 quality aluminum welds . Stacking coins . The transverse mounted heim joint on the uca is an interesting design too. Added strength whilst handling/accommodating the changes in geometry.
