at least you receive them... the last one my truck processed in september was from 2023

My last update was July, 2024 for battery optimization. interestingly my battery charge level has been too low ever since to install another update.

My last update was July, 2024 for battery optimization. interestingly my battery charge level has been too low ever since to install another update.

i preemptively swapped my battery out for an h8 in october as my auto start stop stopped working and my battery wouldnt charge past 45% even with a trickle charger

Same. I've never had a car that is low on battery as often as this truck. I can drive it, and it will tell me remote features have been shut off to preserve battery 48 hours later.

And that was after I had the truck on the tender, supposedly topped it off, and get that warning 5-6 days later.

Overall, the BMS on this truck is garbage.

I am having the exact same experience. Almost every other day the app gives me the same message, regardless of how much or how often I've driven it. I did not have this experience last winter. Also, my truck is garaged so less cold than sitting outside. It's due for an oil change soon so I'll be raising this and see what they say. $100 says they blame it on the cold.

Same here, I work from home and the truck sits in the garage. Its not HVAC controlled, but it also doesn't dip below freezing.

I have sadly found that to be the case. The Ford batteries I had in my Gen 1 raptor were absolute garbage.

The ford battery in my GT350 leaves much to be desired. The ford battery that was in my wife's explorer was garbage until I swapped it with an Optima.

The trend is hard to ignore.
