Anyone know where to buy the USB-C + USB sync module?

I found one website that had them for $200 which is absurd. Anyone know where you can buy these? If you search the part number from Amazon it just links you to the dual USB ones. I am specifically on the hunt for the USB-C + USB one. Thanks!
