Why don't you guys just hang a wind chime on the rear view mirror, that little noise will disappear 100%

Sorry to hear that, I had a buddy drive while I sat in the back and looked for the source, it helped me locate the rattle. Hope you find it that can drive a person crazy.
I was only able to lube the front panel and just the front edge of the rear panel. Lubed up the channels well too. Still here a creaky looseness as times however. Is there more I can do? I used that special silicon grease you recommended too. Seems like good stuff.

I put lube on top of the gasket, all the way around both glass panels.
So are you saying you lubed the rear panel by pushing lube in between the seal and the roof of the cab, since the rear glass is fixed in position to my knowledge? Or is there another way to do this?

I just put it on the gasket and it soaks in the joints. Wipe off excess after a few minutes. Here's what I've used for a while, cheap. Squeeze bottle with needle tip, goes on nice.

Welp UPDATE:
Was finally able to get someone to drive me around. Most certainly coming from the drivers side rear wall lower area. Basically sub/amp area. Soooo removed, B&O amp, amp mount, sub and rear padding. Stripped her down to what you see below.
Noise still there but sounds like it's coming from the vent, like outside the cabin. Certainly not the vent itself.
Wellll I just so happen to work at a Ford dealer. Spoke to one of my techs and he thinks it could be the a pad between the leafs. He told me to unload the suspension and clean them. Also if not we have another tech called the "squeak god" so I am going to turn it over to him if that doesn't get it.
What a mission, but I'm determined!

FYI I finally got around to lubing the rear fixed panel of the roof with this lube above. I was very doubtful just squirting this lube around the top of the seal would do much to rid the creaking and rattling noise coming from the roof. But I soaked it up pretty good and it seeped in. I also went inside and put some lube underneath. Low and behold, it’s 97% better! I can’t really hear any chatter coming from the moonroof anymore. Amazing! The silicon grease while a good maintenance measure, did not fix the noise. But this somehow did. Must be it’s ability to seep in.
